What DRUMMM Provides:
- One or more facilitators and support staff for your group’s hands-on drumming experience. Additional musicians are available as needed.
- Transportation and distribution of drums for everyone in your group, from 5-500 people. (Inquire about special arrangements for groups larger than 500).
- Program planning sessions via phone, email or in person when available.
- Supplemental press materials for publicity and printing as needed.
- Sound system may be available, depending on the size and space of the event.
- Photo and/or video event documentation, when appropriate
What Clients Provide:
- A large room or space where high sound decibels are not an issue. Outdoor events provide a tent or shade structure.
- Chairs for all participants (armless preferred), pre-set in concentric circles with four walkways, unless otherwise specified.
- If a public event, close supervision of instruments during program to prevent loss.
- Access to electrical outlets for sound system.
- A nearby, visible place to hang a banner.
- At least one table for supplemental materials/merchandise.
- Assistance with load-in, load-out and set-up, if available.
- Carts provided for load-in to load-out, if available.
